We chose rooster types as our wine club names because of our strong ties to roosters, which are a significant part of our brand identity. Our logo features a rooster, symbolizing our deep connection to France, where the national bird is the rooster. Delving deeper, the Alsacienne rooster originated in France, and the Leghorn rooster hails from Italy. These two roosters represent the French and Italian heritage of Christian Joly, which heavily influences the flavors and philosophies that shape our business. This heritage is at the heart of our passion for wine.
