Our Story

Where It All Began

A Family Business.

Founders Christian and Annette Joly are veterans of the Portland food community. Their focus on high quality ingredients, chef-driven menus and customer service has created a brand that travelers can trust.

Co-Owners Andreas and Kimberly Joly’s deep knowledge of wine and culinary trends keep our menus innovative and our culture forward thinking. They are driven to provide an experience that represents the best of the Northwest while at Portland International Airport.

As of September 2024, we are excited to introduce our new location, Capers Bistro. Many of you may recall our previous locations, Capers Café Le Bar and Capers Market, which have been staples at PDX Airport since 2001.
